"We guarantee to each of our riders that they are covered under an indemnity within our commercial and auto NEMT insurance policy" - Fidel Garza (Owner and Founder)
What is Indemnity Compliance?
Elder Transportation Services' Quality Assurance management team works to meet and satisfy state and local requirements for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) safety. Our team guarantees that our riders are covered under the limits within our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) commercial and auto general liability insurance policy. When our riders travel to their medical appointment we offer a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) full coverage for any unforeseen incident including an automobile accident that may cause injury to a rider, a slip or fall when escorting a rider into a vehicle, transporting passengers with high risk and liability, including oxygen tanks or IV drip, and more. Our Auto General Liability policy limits include:
Combined Single Limit of $500,000.
Underinsured Motorist of $100,000.
Unforeseen automobile accidents happen all the time. Elder Transportation Services' acknowledge the dangerous conditions during each scheduled route. Our Quality Assurance management team created a Safety Guide and Tool Kit as a mechanism for safe driving habits. In addition, many of the guidelines set forth in the Safety Guide and Tool Kit provide professional reasons for what to do in the event of an automobile accident. For example, how to prevent automobile accidents, how to prepare for weather conditions that many affect driving conditions, and more.
Elder Transportation Services' Quality Assurance management team strives to go above and beyond providing our riders with detailed information on how they are covered by our commercial and auto general liability policy through Gateway Insurance and American Country Insurance, Co., two Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) providers.
